One-Pan Dump and Bake Chicken Broccoli Orzo Casserole
Another one where nothing gets precooked. Orzo, chicken, and broccoli go into the pan with broth and cream of chicken, and the oven does the rest.
It is the weeknight dinner I fall back on when the day got away from me. Five minutes of assembly, then it is out of my hands.

Tips for Making This Recipe
- Cut the chicken and broccoli to similar sizes so nothing is over or underdone.
- Cover tightly for the first stretch so the orzo can steam.
- Add the broccoli partway through if you want it with more bite.
- Stir once so the orzo does not stick to the bottom.
- Let it rest five minutes after baking. It thickens as it sits.
