A little visual taste — straight from my kitchen.

Hi, I’m Caterina
I grew up in an Italian-American kitchen where there was always something on the stove and a Nonna telling you to eat. I love taking the restaurant, takeout, and bakery favorites my family is hooked on and remaking them at home — simpler, fresher, and made with love. Pull up a chair.

Copycat Questions, Answered
What exactly is a copycat recipe?
It’s a homemade version of a dish from a restaurant, fast-food spot, or store shelf — made to taste like the original using simple ingredients you can find anywhere.
Will it really taste like the original?
That’s the goal. I test these until they hit that “oh, this tastes just like it” moment — and fresh from your own kitchen, a lot of them taste even better.
Do I need any special ingredients or equipment?
Almost never. These are built around everyday grocery-store ingredients and the pots and pans you already own.
Can I make these ahead or save leftovers?
Most keep well — store leftovers airtight in the fridge for 3–4 days and reheat gently so everything stays just as good as day one.
