Dessert Questions, Answered

Can I make these desserts ahead?

Most are even better made a day ahead — cheesecakes and puddings especially love an overnight chill to set and develop flavor.

How do I store leftovers?

Keep them covered in the fridge. Creamy desserts are best within 2–3 days; cookies and bars keep a bit longer at room temperature.

Can I freeze them?

Many freeze beautifully — wrap slices well and freeze up to a month, then thaw in the fridge. Add fresh toppings after thawing.

What is Biscoff?

Biscoff is a spiced caramelized cookie (speculoos) and the cookie-butter spread made from it — and it’s the star of more than one treat here.
