- 1 lb Omaha Steaks Beef Sirloin Tips
- 1 lb gold/yellow potatoes cubed
- 2 cups fresh green beans ends trimmed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
For the garlic butter
- 8 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 tbsp Omaha Steaks Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive/avocado oil
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Parsley and cheese for garnish
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Mix together all ingredients under "for the garlic butter" (melted butter, Omaha Steaks Seasoning, oil, minced garlic, parsley and salt) in a small bowl and set aside.
Dice the potatoes into bite-sized cubes and place in a bowl. Trim the green beans and add them with the potatoes, then add the cherry tomatoes. Lastly, pat dry the sirloin tips and add to the bowl. Add the garlic butter mixture and toss everything together.
Transfer to the prepared baking dish and spread out evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until vegetables and potatoes are tender and steak is cooked to your liking. (NOTE: 20-25 minutes gets a medium steak; 35 minutes gets well done.)
Broil for 2 minutes at the end for extra browning. Garnish with more parsley and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and enjoy!
