20 Minute, One Pan Viral Butter & Cheese Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 whole Garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes optional
  • 2-3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 cups Small pasta Ditalini or small shells
  • 4 cups Chicken broth or stock
  • 1/2 tbsp Chicken bouillon powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Top with more parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • On medium heat, add olive oil to deep pan.
  • Add garlic and pepper flakes and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Add tomato paste and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add uncooked pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add broth and chicken bouillon and bring to a boil on medium-high heat.
  • Once boiling, bring heat to medium-low and allow to cook.
  • Stir occasionally until broth is absorbed and pasta is cooked (11-12 minutes).
  • Add butter, parsley, pepper and cheese and mix until melted.
  • Top with more cheese.
  • Enjoy!
