20 Minute, One Pan Viral Butter & Cheese Pasta

- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 whole Garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes optional
- 2-3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 cups Small pasta Ditalini or small shells
- 4 cups Chicken broth or stock
- 1/2 tbsp Chicken bouillon powder
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Top with more parmesan cheese
On medium heat, add olive oil to deep pan.
Add garlic and pepper flakes and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Add tomato paste and cook for 3 minutes.
Add uncooked pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add broth and chicken bouillon and bring to a boil on medium-high heat.
Once boiling, bring heat to medium-low and allow to cook.
Stir occasionally until broth is absorbed and pasta is cooked (11-12 minutes).
Add butter, parsley, pepper and cheese and mix until melted.
Top with more cheese.
